  • Any agreement regarding accommodation, pricing, cancellation or conditions is made directly between you and the accommodation provider.
  • We endeavour to introduce you to suitable providers but do not guarantee availability or pricing at the time of enquiry.

3. No Booking Fees

Our introduction and enquiry service is provided at no cost to you. We do not charge booking fees, service fees or commissions to guests or enquirers. Any fees associated with an accommodation stay are set and charged directly by the accommodation provider, independent of ExtendedStays.com.au.

4. Accuracy of Information

We endeavour to keep property listings, location information and service descriptions accurate and up to date. However, we make no warranty, express or implied, as to the completeness, accuracy or currency of any information on the Site. Property details, including pricing, availability and amenities, are subject to change without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics and software, is the property of ExtendedStays.com.au or its content licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
